On March 29, I responded to an email company looking for people to work from home processing refunds. My bad.
I entered my personal information, and the further I got along, the more I realized that this was not for me.
The company, in large letters and several times, offers full refunds if you are not satisfied. I immediatly emailed them from the beginning pages of their web site (I didnt go all the way in or download anything from them), and indicated that I was not interested and would like a refund.
I got no response.
I called my credit card company and was told that they could not terminate pending charges. I emailed DLG back and told them that I had tried this, it couldnt be done, please refund me.
I got no response.
When the charges went thru my card, I called them and told them that I didnt want the company paid. They filed a dispute and eventually removed the charges. DLG responded to them (of course).
DLG indicated that they would be happy to refund me immediately if I terminated the dispute. My card company terminated it (nothing they could do, technically I received the services) and DLG was notified. This occurred on June 29. I have been emailing them faithfully, requesting my money. Guess what?
I've gotten no response.
Once the credit card company was out of it, DLG went back to ignoring me. I want my $97.00. They promised it back to me, now I dont exist.
Please help me to get my refund.
