Card Equipment Sits Unused for 5 Months, No Service or Refund

Never had a company just come into my business and just take my hard earned money plus stick a finance company on me for the equipment I had to have that is still sitting in a box never used. Senior account executive Eric & is the man that signed me up and promised me all sorts of saving. What kind of company would do that I know A sorry company.
