Cash deposits to cover checks were deferred for five (5) days, while checks were debited the same day. This forced LOC draw costing me $83 in interest/fees. Branch manager said what they did was fine. Other branches say it is fine also, no other explanation. Either they do not know why it happened like that, or they are covering up one of their ways to scam customers. One thing is sure, they all agree it is fine to charge me interest on my own money.
No thanks! I am leaving BOA. I've had to many problems with them, and have heard many others who have, also. I can see how they got so big.
