I am a BoA customer but am changing that soon. I too have had problems with cash deposits being put on "hold". I have had to pay nsf fees due to this. I made a cash deposit on friday and on monday had checks items returned nsf because i was told by employee at customer service that my cash deposit would not post till midnight monday night. Hello it was a cash deposit and i was told at the branch that cash deposits were immediate.
Well people they are not and if you are thinking of opening an account with BoA please do not it will end up costing you more than you know. As for their employees just read their responses to these complaints and you can see for yourself that they are infantile. Bank of America are theives.
