Thank God for this site.
I just spent the last 3 days almost deciding if Primerica was going to be my next career move. Being in management for the past 17 years I was looking for better finanical oppertunities. As with many of you my resume is post on several sites for mployment oppertunities. Guess what, I got a call from primerica stating that they wanted to interview me for a management position.
So I went in and filled out this short paper on my history, but what was really funny was I needed 5 references instead of three which is the usual amount on an employment application. Well thinking that this was going to be a real good oppertunity I didn't question anything at the time. I wanted to go in with a open mind.
The interview #1 took maybe 15 minutes. Come back tonight and listen to our seminar, "bring your wife". The seminar was very impressive, the office was that of a doctor or lawyers office, very nice. Went back the next day for the second interview, alot of avoiding questions, how my trainer was getting promoted to VP and that she would train me. The second interview I took my wife. She was very scepticial and thank God she was after I got done reading the hundreds of complaints on this site.
Well I have another appointment on Monday but guess who isn't going. My wife will be contacting all the people I put on the application as refferences and letting them know not to deal with these folks and a big applogy to them.
I looked through and read at least 7-8 complaint just from the Oklahoma City market alone. If this is the type of Company that CitiGroup deals with I will never deal or purchase any thing form Citigroup.
