Back in December Advantage Plus took 299 dollars from my account for a credit card and vacation deal. Months went by I didn't receive a package or credit card. Each time I called I got the same answer "It's on our next shipment." I played this game with all through 2004. They kept telling me that they it will arrive in 3 weeks and to keep waiting. Nothing. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me that there were no Managers available.
Now, in January of they said they will issue a REFUND. To wait 10 days. I waited 10 days and they told me that it didn't go through. That they will sumbit the request on January 26th! So now when I try to call back at their CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER which is 1-866-890-2766, it says that NUMBER IS NOT IN SERVICE!!! WHAT IS GOING ON??? They are ripping people off and it's not right. I want my money back. I beg of anybody that can help me take leagal action against them.
