January 17th I received a phone call approving me for a Visa card. I was told my card would arrive 10 days after I paid the $299.00. On January 27th my bank account was debited $299.00.
10 days later I had received nothing. The company name Superior was on my bank statement so I called them. They gave me a number for Global Benefits customer service. I called them. They told me the girl that told me 10 days was mistaken and that it would be 30 days for my benefits package to arrive.
I waited another 30 days. I received nothing so I called. The girl was extremely rude telling me there had been a problem with their computers and that it would be another 30 days.
I waited another 30 days and called back. I was told the computers were down and that I would have to call back another day.
I called 3 consecutive days and all three days the computers were still down.
I waited a week and called back. The girl was again extremely rude. She didn't know anything about my account and didn't have time to check. I would have to call back another day.
I called back every 2 weeks inquiring about my card and each time the people were terribly rude and kept giving me different dates.
I finally got the address from one of the representatives
It is now July. I have written to the company twice and have had no response. I have emailed them at the address I received from the complaints and have still heard nothing.
I am a widow, living on limited funds and could not nor can I still afford to just give money away to these people.
They are obviously a rip-off and dishonest.
