Samsung washer was purchased in Nov. and has been out of service twice (parts must come from CA). The unit is now leaking water and Sears wants 5 business days to get a repair person to look at it, not to guarantee repair. Sears Management stated that the unit must be repaired 4 times in a year to justify being a "lemon" for replacement based on Manufacturer.
