PNC Bank is horrible
Won't release title - PNC

I bought a vehicle. The loan was thru National City.in the switch of National City to PNC the loan was paid off. To date I still have not received a title to the vehicle. Ive submitted every paperwork that PNC has asked for. Every time I call them I have to be transferred to 10 other people. If I leave a message they won't return my calls. The only thing they tell me about my title is that my loan never existed. I've been fighting with them on this for way to long. I have a vehicle I paid $30,000 for and I can't do nothing with it. I want my title orthe money I paid for the vehicle
