My current dishwasher broke and I read very good reviews about Kenmore. Unfortunately, I also read many bad reviews about Sears customer service. I wanted the better dishwasher, so I risked the customer service. BIG MISTAKE! Long story short, several of the times I called Sears, the person on the other end called me dude or man, and told me that that was just the way things are. I finally got a phone number for the installer, but no one was home. Eventually placed on a conference call with Sears and the installer, and the installed proceeded to call me a liar and yell at me. She claimed she had called me and left a message (no message and no caller ID). She said that she knew she had the right number because my message said my last name. I corrected her that my answering machine message only says my phone number, not my name. She backpedalled and blathered on about mixing it up with my cell, which she didn't have. She then called on on another line and amazingly her number showed up on caller ID. I wound up cancelling my order and demanding a refund. I am now on a quest for every blog, email, and complaint form I can find to spread the word of my experience. Do not use sears!!!
