Sears used to be the place to go to buy appliances. No more. Now that Sears has outsourced all it's logistics to India it is impossible to get a human being to tell me anything about why my dishwasher was never delivered. They refuse to transfer me to the local store or give me the delivery persons phone number. All they did was tell me 5 times that the driver would "Call me right back" and that they were "sending a message right now to the driver". After 12 hours of waiting for someone to call me and tell me what time my dishwasher would be there. I am done. I am going into Sears tomorrow to demand a refund. No wonder this Country is bankrupt.
