I've had a paypal account for a couple of years now and i wanted to add a new card and then them the account got block need more identification after sending it no feed back then i wanted to remove my card that could also not be done! At this stage i just want to close my paypal account and open a brand new one but this is also impossible!!! Can some one just get back to me or delete my account so i can start over!!!
