Credit card website now difficult to use - Citibank Master card

I used to be able to access my credit card website separately, but now Citibank requires me to access all accounts with a single login. The procedure for setting this up was very buggy, and it took me forever to complete. I spent 90 minutes on the phone to get it to work, and got inconsistent advice about what to do.

Worse yet, the procedure for using virtual account numbers is now harder to use, requiring a code to be set to my cell hone. When using the web based launch of virtual account numbers, this is done twice. (Linux users, for example, must do it this way.) It is so cumbersome that few people will use virtual account numbers, thus reducing rather than increasing security.
