Virtual-credit-card.info aka vcc is not a company you would want to deal with. They would charge your credit card and would not issue you the virtual credit card. Their customer service number, fax, and LIVE chat is a joke. They would never respond to your e-mail, phone calls. They ask you to pay via another site lizpay.com who would take your money and would not even bother to dispute the charges when you ask them to do so. Beware of these frauds!
