Frustrated! Weed Whacke

I am soooo disappointed in SEARS... My father was a devoted sears customer and I followed his lead, as did my husband follow his father's lead in being SEARS enthusiasts. NOW FOR THE SECOND TIME a weed whacker we bought LAST SEASON is in for repair and we are getting a run around. We bought this LAST SEASON and it spent NEARLY ALL OF LAST SEASON in repair status... Now 1st time tried to use it this year it is in for repair AGAIN!!! We were told 7 - 10 days it is now over 2 weeks and if we did not call we would never know what is going on... Our first call we were told repair was complete and it was being shipped bac to store for us to pick up... Then we called days later and were told it is still on repair bench waiting for parts... I am giving up on SEARS and going to start shopping at Home Depot or Lowes... I have craftsman tools, mower, blower, wahing machine and dryer but will not buy 1 more thing.
