I have read reviews on this site for home repairs and i don't understand why most people are not having good luck with sears home repair services. We have bought almost everything we own from sears. My husband would never buy any tool but craftsman's. He has more tools in the garage than sears has in the store. All our appliances are from sears. I have never had a problem with a home repair. I call for an appointment, like i have done in the last two weeks, they have come out within three to four days and fixed my tractor and central air. The guys were extremely nice and treated me with respect. Whenever i go to the store itself i'm always treated very good. The only thing that i have a complaint about is it cost $100.00 just to pull in the driveway, but i guess all places are getting that bad. I think it all boils down to where you live and the company that is doing the work for sears. I live in lennon, mi. And the guy's i have dealt with are great. To the guy's that do the work in this area, keep up the good work. Nat!!!
