I have called HRS USA to let them know that I have not received my statement numerous times. To keep my credit clean, I tried to do a payment over the phone. To do this, they charge you $10. It is not my fault that I did not receive the statement and I refuse to pay the $10 every time I do not receive it. Also another thing is, if they receive my payment one day late, they want to charge $29. I thought you are suppose to have grace periods for credit cards. I am really upset with this company and how they handle there accounts. They are typically ripping people off. I would like some help with this if there is any. Thank you for your time in this matter.
