What remains is a free and clear house for them, except the home-owner-who stands in their way. If they can't get him/her over budget, then they call and mail advertisements for "free money" to go on vacation, buy a range rover, whatever. Once the home-ownerless is suckered "again", the home owner is now "over-budget". Then it's only a matter of time before he misses a payment, and they begin to foreclose. After they foreclose, even if he has 90% equity, they usually try and succeed in keeping the money, [even if its $350,000 and they foreclose on 15! ~!! ] because the "lawyers" are corrupt and the judges (who are supposed to stand for truth and justice are usually nothing more than cheap ambulance chasers who were unsuccessful as lawyers and need to downgrade for a "paycheck" and 70% cut in pay, which makes them even more corrupt as they drool in envy over the "lawyer's lucre" if you take a crooked lawyer and put a black robe on him and swear him in-what do you get? When i take over cendant corporation, i am cleaning house. All the riff raff is getting a nice pink slip.
