I bought a zorbing experience from bodyzorb/zorbuk and having my booking cancelled twice the company said that i can book again for the new year or apply for a refund. I applied for a refund and after several emails still i have heard nothing and im not the only one. Clearly this is a cowboy firm but groupon are still selling their product but not from derby, notts and leicester but from chester. This stinks
