On 4/6, I purchased a Groupon for a limo company & followed instructions to submit my reservation request (for 5/11). There was no response from the limo company for 11 days (despite 2 emails & 3 voicemails). When I finally heard fromt them, they said that May (the month I needed the limo) had been completely booked for a very long time. This information was not disclosed in the Groupon offering and rendered the Groupon useless to me. I contacted Groupon for a refund and was basically told, "too bad." They recommended I give the Groupon to someone else as a gift. Seriously??
