I bought a coupon from groupon, went to site where I was supposed to purchase the item and was told the coupon is no longer valid. Groupon said they would fix the problem and gave me a new coupon number. I had the same problem with this coupon. When I then told them I want a refund, they said they applied my money to credit with their company. I said I want the cash back and I never heard from them again.
