I booked a Dial-a-maid Cleaning service a month ago through Gorupon and have sent several emails requesting to book an appointment and surprise surprise, NO REPLIES!
I want a full refund and an apology, I need the cleaning service NOW! If the company is too busy to fulfil my request then refund me and I'll pay for a service that works and has communication skills. Appalling and this is the second Groupon Scam I've come across.
