Groupon is fine when everything works, but when it goes wrong they are not very supportive. I bought a voucher for a company called Sparkles for house cleaning. After loads of unanswered calls to Sparkles and unanswered emails I complained to Groupon. They were not helpful. Sparkles have now said they cannot honour the voucher but there is no suggestion of a refund and no response from Groupon on the subject - beware!
