Purchased 2 hour cleaning service from CITY MAID SERVICE in NYC through Trubates. More than 1 month wait to get a cleaning appointment. When I finally got an appointment the City Maid did not show up. I have tried to contact City Maid many times by phone and email for 2 months to get a refund. Trubates is no longer in business.
