I have emailed Groupon twice in the last couple of weeks, but have received no reply, I have also called them many times, but gave up after being on hold/queue for 15 mins.
I booked a voucher for 'Deluxe Spa Manicure and Pedicure with Nail Art' at Atelier-M (209a Lower Richmond st, SW15) back in May. I paid £25 for an advertised £107 value.
In June I called Atelier M and tried to book an appointment, but was told they are too busy now and to call back some other time. I did, several times, until I was told to call back in August.
August came and then they told me they are now fully booked, and they cannot accept any more Groupon bookings, and that I should contact Groupon for a refund.
