I purchased this order from Groupon on Oct. 26th. Called the salon to make an appointment. I was told that the stylist was overbooked into January and to get on the waiting list, which I did. On January 8th I had still not heard from them and called to see what to do. I was then told that the waiting list went to April. This Groupon expires in February! I was told that I could use the purchase price toward any service, which would be extremely higher that the Groupon, which I paid for. So in essence, I would not get the deal promised. They would not honor the coupon and I asked why they didn't limit the Groupons so that they could service everyone that had purchased. She didn't have an answer. Then called Groupon to get a refund and was told "no problem". On January 30th, still no refund. I called Groupon back and this lady said that she could contact the salon to see what could be done. I said I just wanted the refund that I was told would be given. She said that since it was past the 7 day purchase date that they couldn't do that! I got a bit upset since I had previously been told that the refund would be given. She then told me that since this was my first Groupon purchase, that as a "courtesy" they would refund my money. Needless to say, I am not very happy with Groupon and would not recommend the salon to anyone. Will think long and hard before I purchase another Groupon.
