So dissatisfied with my experience with this company and their product (Cool Mat). Purchased faulty product, contacted them over and over until finally they sent out a replacement but when the replacement came it was not the correct replacement product. Would NEVER buy from this company again. They had the poorest customer service that I have ever experienced.
