Not honor life time replacement guarnty

I have been trying for two years and gottin the round around. I went on line and found many people are haven the same problem. If you go to tvtopten.com you will find more complaints it is all about dual drill and how we are all have the same complaint not able to get new battery replacement that was guarnety for not able to get it a hold of company. I have toattorney general of my state. I am waiting for answer. Thank dolor lambert
