I would hate to have a real emergency with 24PetWatch because the company won't even handle routine matters without making you do the run-around. I had to call three times to get assistance in correcting registration information. (The website blocked me.) I finally held for more than 30 minutes before I got help. While holding, I was told that I and my pet were important to them... Over and over again while holding in a loop. I also heard about how I could purchase pet insurance from them. Who would want to purchase products from them, after being subjected to their absolute disregard of their customers? Of course, once I finally got through I was hit up for products and a "lifetime" renewal. Do I really want to spend a lifetime with people who can't even answer the phone? No.
