Contact lens nightmare - customer service

ON 2/13 i had a 3:40 appointment to have my daughter fitted for contact lens's. Previously she had an eye exam and the doctor recommended contacts for her. At 4:30 i approached amber a tech at the vision center and told her three people had walked in and were taken care of and my daighter was still waiting. At that time i asked her for my daughters prescrition which i paid for she refused she stated: it's not done yet" I asked her when will it be done she said she couldnt do it Brittany or nicole would have too. Again i waited another 15 mintues nothing so i approached the manager I explained what happened i told her if i didn't get my prescription I would be filing a complaint with the Health department. She escorted me back to the eye center she asked the staff what happened the doctor said he didn't know but we would be waited on right now the manager left, she never even asked for the prescription or tried to find out why they would not give it to me. After this "fitting" which was not a fitting at all but a teaching session showing my daughter how to apply and care for her lens's. After this i was told i owed another 47.00 and when i asked Nicole for the prescrition she said i would have to wait another week for it. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was no longer available. I still have no prescrition. Because the manager refused to handle my complaint i had to seek help elsewhere filing complaints here sna elsewhere including the department of health and mental hygiene licensing bureau. The BBB, and the consumer protection agency and now here.
