Poor service, service reps, threatening customers with shut offs because they are on a fixed income - DirecTv Company itself

I am telling everyone i know never to order directv. After the first year with the promotion, you get the screws put to u. They dont care, even if u tell them u are starving and have no money until the 3rd of each month when your social security checks come in. I am reporting this poor service to the bbb.
