Dr. Philip Margolesky, supposedly a license optometrist could not prescribe the correct contact lenses. After 3 visits and very frustrated he said that there is no time frame to pin point the correct contact lens a person could wear.
He got very offended when I asked him if he was a licensed optometrist. He said that, that was a very rude question to ask. He continued by saying I wasn't obligated to use his services any longer. However, he refused to give me a full refund for $100 for the eye exam, contact lenses (I never got) and a hidden additional $20, to "teach me how to wear contact lenses". He never fully examined my vision. He read the prescription on my eye glasses and told me to look into a computer image which he said read my contact lens RX and fitting.
This contact lens eye exam computer was not able to prescribe the correct contact lenses for me. I tried 3 different types of RX contact lenses the computer said were correct for me. Nevertheless, Dr. Margolesky never prescribed the correct contact lenses for me. I asked for a refund and his assistant said there are no refunds because that is a service he provides. Whether I'm satisfied with the outcomes or not no money will be returned.
Furthermore, on the first eye exam I had single vision, on the second eye exam I had stigmatism and prescribe toric lenses, which on the third visit he said that the contacts where "dancing all over my eyes" and that the computer showed I had no stigmatism.
