I was over billed every month and they give you a "discount" if you agree to auto pay well thats so they can overbill you and it's not easy to get that fixed. I had to have my bank stop the autopay and call every month, only to get hung up on every time. Three months now and I still cant get a corrected bill!!! Worst compnay ever!
