Recently I went to the Walmart at Kings Hwy & I75 in Pt. Charlotte, Fl. 5min before I went, I called your Automotive Dept. & asked "Tom" if I could get an oil change he said theres 2 cars ahead get here quick, wait time @1 1/2 hrs. Ok, cool I said be right there. (I live around the corner.) I didn't know who "Tom" was so I went to the automotive register behind 4poeple getting they're weekly tampons & eggs. (Only automotive items should be allowed through this register, otherwise put more registers!) Anyway 5-10min later someone had already gotten to "TOM!" (This gentelemen clearly can't be considered productive.) And I was out, so theres my complaint"s".
