Michael Kletter Automotive Tom Walker owner of Kletter Automotive is under investigation for billing fraud by the PA State Attorney Generals office

I took my car to Kletter Automotive be painted four years ago and the work has never been completed. After hundreds of excuses and delays the owner now refuses to let me remove my car from the property. The business owner Tom Walker produceed a fraudulent invoice that list repairs that have not be provided. I have filed a complaint with the PA State Attorney General's office and they are now investigation Kletter Automotive for fraud.
