Global Automotive advertised a fuel pump module assembly that said it would fit my vehicle and it did not. I did not find out it didn't fit until I tried installing it so when I contacted the seller they said I could not return it since it had been installed. I had no other recourse but to give them a negative feedback under e-bay. After some time passed I received an e-mail through e-bay stating that if I was willing to change my negative feedback to a positive, they were willing to refund my money and I did not have to return the part. I agreed and changed my feedback before the deadline. Then I waited, and waited. I have yet to get my refund and now since I only have 45 days from the date of purchase, the case has been closed (as resolved) and there is nothing else I can do. I was scammed by Global Automotive to change my feedback just to make them look good. Now I think that's what they do with a lot of their customers so they can have a high positive feedback %. I will never, ever purchase from Global Automotive again and I will not recommend it to anyone else. Buyer Beware of Global Automotive!!
