I was happy with with DTV until I made a recent move and the installer could not get a line of sight. Too many trees. Supervisor came out for a second opinion but I had to call to find out if that had been done and what was the result. OK, no line of sight so that was enough reason to be able to cancel my contract without early termination fees and I returned the equipment. 2 weeks later, I get a bill for the fees. I call that day and was told it was taken care of. The next morning, I get a call from my bank about a pending transaction from DTV. I called again and again I was told it was taken care of. Within 48 hours of receiving the bill, my bank account was charged. I call again, now I have to wait 8 business days to get over $300.00 back, which I was told it normally is 6 to 8 weeks. Plus it caused and over draft and I have to do the leg work to get that charge back. If this review keeps one person away, I have been successful.
