I went to UpState Automotive on

I went to UpState Automotive on August 6 to have one of my cars serviced transmission problem. I also had a warranty through the Ford ESP. (Extended Service Plan) UpState Automotive never called the Ford ESP when they said they did and informed myself and my boyfriend that my warranty company would not honor any work done by UpState Automotive. (That is per Justin at UpState Automotive) I ended up calling the Ford ESP on August 7 to see if there was any claims made by UpState Automotive. The people with Ford Esp said no. Mr. White from UpState Automotive called the Ford ESP later that afternoon and had a claim submitted and a reference number! Wow thats amazing especially when Justin with UpState Automotive said they wouldn't honor UpState Automotive to do the work! Here are names of peple that I personally talked with from the Ford ESP (Brian, Ann, Josh, and Connie.) Connie informed me that my Ford ESP would be covered at any dealership that I choose and if I don't choose a dealership, it would be honnored at any service department that I choose! (Ford ESP 1-800-521-4116) Justin also informed us that our transmission fluid was never changed. I also contacted Geroge Colman Ford where we purchased the car and they informed me that they had documentation of where the transmission fluid was changed in November at 61,000 miles. (We purchased the car in January.) I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and UpState Autmotive has yet to respond to my second response and that was sent around the 15th of September.
