I told an employee that the printer was not in working order and I needed some assistance, especially since I was being charged for the time spent on the computer. He never said a word, helped another customer behind me in line and then walked to the printer. He could not get it to work and asked me if I was printing on "legal sized regular paper". I explained I was "trying to print a normal sized document on normal sized paper" and indicated I wished to use the paper he was holding in his hand for a reference. At this point he told me that he was holding "legal sized paper" and not "normal sized", so I explained I simply needed to print the document on normal sized paper. At this time the employee shook his head, said "never mind" as rudely as possible and walked off leaving me there with no assistance. I then pulled my card from the machine and waited in line to retrieve the balance, the man helped the person standing behind me in line before coming to help me. When he finally did come to help me he explained he needed a manager to retrieve the balance of about 15 from the card because the amount was too large! I was told I needed to come back tomorrow to get my change when a manager showed up.
