Does ATT U-verse just like to confuse people? I received 3 "free" movies on demand offers. I was billed $4.99 each on my bill and was told that I would receive credit in 1 to 2 billing cycles. I never saw any credits so I called them. According to ATT I had received a $6.00 credit on the very same bills. Maybe I'm just easily confused and should just be happy for the extra $1.01 credit but it sure makes keeping my bills straight difficult.
