Horrible Service and Billing problem

I have had the worst experience with Verizon and would advise anyone to use someone else. We have them for cell phone and internet, and have been lied to about the cell phone bills but the real problem comes from the internet. First time was when our internet service was down, so we called them to see why. After 2 days of being on the phone, they couldn't even find us in their system because someone put us in incorrectly. They finally found us under a strange name. 2nd time I discovered that my internet, which gets automatically deducted from my checking for $19.99 a month, was deducted for $94.96 from my account one day. I called them and politely inquired why and was told that I was the one who made the payment because I am set up for paper bills (which I do not receive) and am not enrolled in this automatic deduction thing. Funny, since my bill had always been automatically deducted and I was staring at my online bank statement saying "recurring verizon for $94.96. The woman on the phone called me a liar saying this was my fault. Apparently there was a glitch in their system that hadn't taken it out for 4 months but they wouldn't fix it!!! And to top it off, they charged me late fees because of their error. I was enraged, I'm getting new internet service asap. They are rude and will not fix their mistakes.
