Billing Services disorganized, unaccurate, horrible communication, over charging

I switched over to Verizon Fios as soon as it came to my neighborhood. Worst Mistake. Don't get me wrong, the FIOS internet, tv and phone are great but the billing service is horrible. I signed up for paperless billing and was still receiving paper bills, as well as email bills.in one month, I received 2 paper bills and 1 online bill, all for different amounts and different due dates. On top of this, my online account showed another amount due. I have tried calling multiple times and cannot get anyone on the phone. I sit on hold for hours upon hours.

I finally got fed up and went to 2 local verizon stores to see if they could help. They could not help because they said that they sit on hold as well when they try to call the billing department. Last month, I received one email bill for the accurate amount so I thought everything was fixed. I paid the bill and the money was deducted from my bank account. This month, I received a new bill for the amount of last month and this month saying I never paid the previous months bill... Yet they deducted the money from my account. I have written various emails and only get a generic response telling me to call a billing rep. Which has been deemed pointless since I can't get in touch with a human to discuss the problems. I am at my wits end and want to drop my service... Yet I can't even get in touch with anyone to do that. I'm fed up and don't know what else to do. I will be switching to Cablevision as soon as I can get a live person on the phone from Verizon to tell them I'm cancelling my service.
