My complaint is towards Verizon, I feel that the billing company is very incompetent. My service which is TV and internet was disconnected last night 4-19-11. I called and spoke with someone and states that I have an outstanding balance for $162.00. I told him that the $162.00 bill had just received yesterday, and that bill is for my home and cell phone, which I had pay on 3/24 for 114.91 which that was the bill for. (and I don't know where they got that amount...) Itold him that the bill for my TV and internet was for $332.22 which was pd on 3-24-11.. He told me to call the billing dept and I told him that I had already had called and they are closed. He say ohhh thats right, to call tomorrow. My service was disconnected for no reason at all. I had no tv or internet last night and now... This is not the first time this had happened to me...
Please help me..
