Misleading Reps Gave Different Prices and Monthly Bill Varies

Don't get it. Reps misleading. Every time I talked to someone they gave me different answers and different prices. I have Direct TV now and my monthly bill is different every month. Customer Service not helpful. Read from a script. No authority to change anything. Total scam.
