It is absolutely terrible. They said we could get 12 mbps, that was not true, so they bumped us down to 6mbps and we paid for that for about 5 months even though the entire time we never got more than 3mbps. So they dropped us down to 3mbps and since then I am lucky to get more than 1.5mbps. I have had to call them more than ten times in the past two months to tell them my internet is out, and I have lost over 30 hours of work waiting on them to fix their crap. Tonight I'm not getting more than 1 mbps, and I'm actually averaging. 22mbps. This is ridiculous. I hate windstream with the fiery passion of a thousand suns and as soon as I get another service option I am gone! I hate you Windstream!!!
