Had internet service and disconnected when moved out of area. Overpaid due to an incorrect bill sent. I am still waiting 2 months later for my refund. After several calls they told me I had equipment to return. I used my own, never used Comcast modem or router and if I had they would have been charging me a monthly rental fee. Get a different answer every time I call and then told I will receive check in 4-6 weeks!!! Absolute worst to deal with.
