Signed up for 12 Mbps. Averaged 3.. Dropped to 6 Mbps. Averaged 1.2.. Had technicians out. And learned even though we were less than a mile from main terminal could not do any better... Finally switched back to Cox and then went back and forth for 25 days trying to get Windstream to port our telephone number. Eventually had to force port and of course Windstream charged us the whole time.
