We recently moved in to an apartment complex and was told Windstream was the only provider accepted. We have moved so far from my wife's employer that they have allowed her to work from home - providing her with her work computer and her ip phone - signed up with Windstream for their 6 mbps package and my wife has yet to be able to perform her duties because the speed is so slow that the phone will not work. We have yet to reach 1 mbps with 9 different speed tests. Our financial livelyhood depends on my wife working and if she is not able to she is in jeopardy of losing her job - all because we can't get what we are paying for. What a freakin' joke!!!
