An error in my bill ended up with them cutting off my satellite TV on Friday. When I called they refused to acknowledge their mistake but told me that someone would be out next Friday to reinstall it. A week? They cut it off without being in my apartment but need to be in it to install it. Eventually the lady on the phone agreed to get someone out on Monday. She told me they would call me Monday before they showed up. So after rearranging my work schedule I waited. Finally I called them to get a time, they had me down for Friday. I think the lady lied to get me off the phone.
I switched from Time Warner to Windstream tv and internet because my apartment complex offered the basic package for free. I thought the saving would make up for having satellite over cable. WRONG! I miss Time Warner, and if I was not stuck in this d@#$ contract I would go back.
It's funny, while on hold I listened repeatedly to their self advertisements about how customer service is their number one priority. I think I need to send them a dictionary because they clearly have no idea what good or even ok customer service is.
