Windstream was not for us

We actually switched from Windstream's bundle to Time Warner's and we are so glad we did. Our internet service has not gone out, our phone has no static, the cable has been great, and the cost is consistent. I signed up for Windsream's $59.99 package and never saw that amount on a bill, couldn't hear callers on my phone due to static and found that service calls were $70 a piece. Calls to get thru to Windstream's Customer Service took forever and with TW I have the name and cell phone number of my personal rep—if I ever need him
